"I had a massive stroke when I was 40 and could not and cannot use my left arm, and limited use of my left leg as a result. I was diagnosed with anxiety. Prior to my stroke, I exercised regularly and I wanted to exercise again, but I needed help. At age 54, Yogi became my personal trainer. I was having panic attacks climbing the stairs and carrying items up with me. But after working with Yogi, my anxiety had decreased, and my balance has improved, and I no longer have panic attacks on the stairs. Since the stroke I have felt so unbalanced but working with Yogi my core and legs have been strong enough to not let me fall down!"
